How to Cancel Peloton

Follow these 5 steps to cancel your Peloton subscription.

Log in to your Peloton account at members.onepeloton.com.

Click your profile icon and select 'Memberships'.

Click 'Cancel Membership' under your active subscription.

Follow the cancellation prompts and confirm.

If you have a Peloton Bike/Tread with a payment plan, the equipment payments will continue separately.

Helpful Tip

If you have a Peloton hardware device, the monthly All-Access membership is separate from any equipment financing. Cancelling the membership doesn't affect equipment payments.
